Arsenal preparing £32m bid for Julian Draxler

After being told this week that his services are no longer required at the Parc des Princes, Julian Draxler is searching for pastures new and it is understood that Arsenal are set to pounce.

£32m bid in the works

Having been long-term admirers of the German international now could finally be the moment Draxler moves to Arsenal.

Paris Saint-Germain have informed clubs that the winger is available for around £32m.

Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund are the other two clubs who have expressed an interest in the World Cup winner.

Fallen down the pecking order

The French giants have made him available following the recent acquisition of Neymar.

PSG shelled out a world record fee on the Brazilian who has forced Draxler down the pecking order

With forwards like Neymar, Di Maria, Lucas, Pastore and Ben Arfa, it was inevitable that at least one would be let go.

Long-term admirers

Arsenal have been linked with a move for Julian Draxler since his days at Schalke.

The 23-year-old signed for PSG last summer for a fee of £35.5m from Wolfsburg.

The Gunners also missed out on him when he signed for Wolfsburg in 2015.

However, this time Wenger looks determined to make it third time lucky.
