Arsenal v Tottenham
If anyone needed a go-to example to show how far ahead Tottenham are of Arsenal this season, the Premier League have provided the perfect fodder on Wednesday.
The EPL have today announced a series of updates to the fixture list and broadcasting schedule, and one change has reflected how much better Spurs are to the Gunners this season.
Tottenham are second in the table and the only realistic challengers left to Chelsea in the title hunt. As for Arsenal, who lost 3-0 at Crystal Palace earlier in the week, they are down in sixth and facing a massive battle to end the campaign in the top four.
Premier League burn
Tottenham are also winning in the entertainment stakes.
The Premier League today posted the following update about the TV broadcasting schedule:
Wednesday 26 April: 8pm, Crystal Palace v Tottenham Hotspur (Sky Sports)
(This fixture is not changed but replaces the live selection of Arsenal v Leicester City the same evening)
Ouch! That’s gotta burn.
