Liverpool fans are sweating over the fitness of duo Sadio Mane and Emre Can.
Mane missed training earlier this week, although some claim that he was being rested following Liverpool’s midweek exploits.
Liverpool are already without key attacking threat Philippe Coutinho, who is reportedly nursing a back injury.
Can also missed training, sparking fears that neither will start against Palace on Saturday.
Liverpool’s midweek win in Europe against Hoffenheim will boost their confidence somewhat, following last weekend’s poor 3-3 draw at Watford.
Although Palace suffered a 3-0 defeat in their opening match, Liverpool will have to be wary of their bogey team.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have a particularly poor record against Palace in recent history.
The Eagles were the side which all but ended the Red’s title hopes in 2014. Liverpool have won just three of their last eight meetings against Palace, losing four.
Against crystal palace no mane and emre I hear. This is a must win. No signings and hoffenheim next. Not good. #LFC
