Adam Lallana has been named Liverpool’s Player of the Month for December, after a run of excellent games for the club.
While Lallana has been impressive since joining Liverpool, it’s this season he’s really shown what he can do and the impact he can have on Premier League games, and now Liverpool are recognising it.
While the individual award will not please him as much as three points for the club, being named their best player over such a pivotal time in the season will naturally boost his confidence.

Lallana has come on leaps and bounds this season – and with Liverpool bang in the title race, it means the club are more dependant on their top players performing than every before – and with Philippe Coutinho yet to return from injury and games against Manchester United and Chelsea to come, Lallana is vital to the club.
Jurgen Klopp has made it clear how much he appreciates the player, and it seems the fans agree with him.
