Harry Kane celebrates Spurs win over Chelsea
Much of the Spurs glory went to Dele Alli on Wednesday night at White Hart Lane, but Harry Kane still played his part.
There were few chances for Kane, who did stretch the Chelsea defence throughout the encounter with his hard running and spirit.
At Watford on Sunday, Kane was man of the match and split the goals with Dele, against Chelsea Kane played well but failed to garner any headlines in the 2-0 win.
Until after the game…
What is Jan Vertonghen doing?
Kane posted a picture of the Spurs players celebrating in the crowd after Dele’s first goal against Chelsea just before half-time.
It features Jan Vertonghen, who has his hand on Kane’s bum. Cue the jokes on social media.
Kane posted the same picture on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and the comments are all very similar on all platforms.
Such as: “Where has Jan got his fingers???” And, “Vertonghen had a great touch of the ball(s) tonight…”, on Facebook.
On Instagram, comments included: “Vertongen is enjoying himself” and “Vertogen wtf man”.
Even comedian James Corden, a celebratory West Ham fan got involved in the jokes on Twitter…
