Who was he telling to shut up?

On Wednesday night, Arsenal announced that Granit Xhaka had won the club’s September goal of the month competition.

The Swiss international midfielder opened his account for the Gunners with a long ranger ripper against Hull in the Premier League.

After thumping the ball into the net from distance, Xhaka put a finger to his lips as he displayed a ‘be quiet’ gesture.

Many wondered if the celebration had something to do with Xhaka’s issues regarding his international status, as the Swiss star has the option to pledge his allegiance to Kosovo.
