Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has spoken about the terrible season the Blues had last time out – and his own form.
Considering how poor he was during their title defence season, it’s hardly surprising it still plays on his mind, and the player was frank in his assessment.
He said to Fox Sports: “I learned a lot. Sometimes you are at the top like we were two years ago and sometimes it is difficult for everyone.
“For me, I was the best player two years ago, but last season I was like a ghost.
“I want to be the best again and win titles.”
Wants to do better
Now, Hazard has claimed he wants to do better and lead Chelsea to another Premier League title.
Considering when he’s on form, he can be close to unplayable, that isn’t too hard to imagine, but there were also some accusations that Hazard went missing during the defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, and the fans will not want to see that again.
