MikeDean 234x190 Did Mike Dean celebrate another goal against Arsenal? (Adel Taarabt’s opener for QPR)At the end of February, during Arsenal’s north London derby win over Spurs, we asked if referee Mike Dean had celebrated Louis Saha’s opener at the Emirates.

Incredibly, once again, Mike Dean has been caught on camera appearing to celebrate another goal against Arsenal – QPR’s opener on Saturday scored by Adel Taarabt.

Dean is perfectly placed as Taarabt turns Thomas Vermaelen, and once the Moroccan curls into the bottom corner, Dean continues running with arms outstretched for quite a few seconds.

Of course, it would be a huge controversy if Dean was truly celebrating a goal against Arsenal but it does look rather strange and the experienced Premier League referee may be better off keeping his arms down next time a goal is scored in a game he is refereeing.
