Samoa won out thanks to a 91st minute goal by Siloa Malo. Samoa qualify for the second stage of Oceania qualifying.

Tonga 2 – Cook Islands 1 (Oceania World Cup qualifying, November 27, 2011) Played in awful conditions, Tonga took the lead through a low shot by Timote Maamalo on 27. The Cook Islands equalised through Grover Harmon on 35 but Kinitoni Falatau won it in the 91st minute.
