After the break Forlan missed a chance to fire on Riena’s goal, but moments later when Simao cracked a volley on target Liverpool’s Spanish goalie made a fine save. The match had a flashpoint at the end when Tomas Ujfalusi appeared to jump on Sotirios Kyrgiakos’ back.
