Espanyol 0 – Getafe 2 (La Liga, November 22, 2009) Roberto Soldadoâ€™s initial shot was pushed away by Kameni, but an alert Javier Casquero reacted first as he easily slipped the rebound into the back of the net. And Los Azulones made sure they didnâ€™t have to suffer a nervy finish after Pedro Rios made it 2-0 a minute into injury time when he headed in a cross from Mane.
Malaga 1 – Zaragoza 1 (La Liga, November 22, 2009) Zaragoza went in front through a highly-disputable 49th minute penalty after Lafita went down theatrically and Ewerthon converted the spot-kick. The game got ugly in the second half and there were two expulsions in as many minutes with Zaragoza left back Javier Paredes awarded a second yellow on 58 minutes whiile Malaga’s Weligton got a straight red for lashing an arm at Raul Goni. Malaga found an equaliser in the 74th minute, Ivan Gonzalez rose above Javier Lopez Vallejo to meet a corner and nod home at the far post
