The humiliation then took on extreme proportions as Ernesto Gomez put the third tier club into wonderland with a third five minutes before the break. One of the all-time great giant-killings then became an even greater reality as more appalling Los Blancos defender allowed Borja Perez to notch his second following a 52nd minute free-kick. At the full time whistle, Alcorcon couldn’t stop their fans invading the pitch the celebrate.
Atletico Ciudad 2 – Sevilla 4 (Copa del Rey first-leg, October 27, 2009) Luis Fabiano bagged a brace, Jesus Nacas and Diego Capel scored the others for Sevilla. Roldan claimed both for the home side.
