Celtic 2 – Hearts 0 (SPL, February 10, 2010) Doubters of Tottenham loanee Robbie Keane received more evidence to hate of the Celtic forward when the striker fluffed a one-on-one chance against hearts in the first half. The Bhoys struck twice in quick succession after the break, starting when Glenn Loovens blasted home with his left foot from close range to put Celtic ahead. Aiden McGeady then left the Hearts defence in his slipstream before playing in Marc-Antoine Fortune, who slotted home to keep up his red-hot recent form.
Motherwell 1 – Rangers 1 (SPL, February 10, 2010) A picture-perfect free-kick from Motherwell’s Tom Hateley fired the hosts ahead of Rangers midway through the first half. Rangers levelled 10 minutes from time when goal machine Kris Boyd slammed Sasa Papac’s cross into the net.
