Peterborough maintained their unbeaten run in pre-season on Saturday, with a 3-2 win over a Tottenham XI.
Posh made the breakthrough in the first half when Joe Gormley converted with a low finish from Michael Smith’s cross.
The hosts went 2-up minutes after the restart when Conor Washington pounced from close range to squeeze the ball into the net.
Tottenham halved the deficit through Shayon Harrison’s drive with just over half an hour left, and Spurs managed to draw level with nine minutes remaining as Ismail Azzaoui capitalised on some slack defending.
Peterborough, however, won he match courtesy of Kyle Vassell’s late winner.
