Roma 4 – Inter Milan 0 (Serie A, February 5, 2012) Juan continued his recent goalscoring trend heading Roma in front against Inter from an early corner. Roma’s talisman Francesco Totti was in fine form as he almost teed up a second for Roma with a brilliant backheel pass, but it didn’t take the Giallorossi too long to cash in on a second goal as Fabio Borini showed a cool head in the 35th. Roma killed the contest early in the second half as Fabio Borini netted his second of the game. Inter’s sorry afternoon was completed when Bojan Krkic scored a late fourth.

AC Milan 0 – Napoli 0 (Serie A, February 5, 2012) Milan were reduced to ten men in the 64th minute after Zlatan Ibrahimovic sent off for slapping Napoli defender Salvatore Aronica.
Juventus 0 – Siena 0 (Serie A, February 5, 2012) Siena goalie Gianluca Pegolo was in inspired form for the visitors to deny the Old Lady their thirteenth win of the season and earn his side a valuable point in the process.
Palermo 2 – Atalanta 1 (Serie A, February 5, 2012) Palermo took the lead in the first half through a Fabrizio Miccoli penalty, and Atalanta fell further behind early in the second half when Igor Budan turned home a corner. Although Maximiliano Moralez pulled a goal back seven minutes later, the Sicilian outfit held on to make it 10 points from the last 12 on offer.
Fiorentina 3 – Udinese 2 (Serie A, February 5, 2012) Antonio Di Natale’s early strike was cancelled out by a Stevan Jovetic penalty and the Montenegro international was to score from the spot again in the second half. Mattia Cassani also netted for Fiorentina and they held on for all three points despite Romanian Gabriel Torje’s late consolation.
