The African Cup of shocks as Gabon stun Cameroon; Zambia and Tunisia draw

Cameroon 0 – Gabon 1 (African Cup of Nations, January 13, 2010) The African Cup of Nations looked to have another shock on the cards when Gabon struck after 17 minutes against Cameroon, Hull forward Daniel Cousin drilling home a low shot inside the area. Gabon held on to caused another upset and despite being clearly inferior, thoroughly deserve the win for defending doggedly particularly during the second half.

Zambia 1 – Tunisia 1 (African Cup of Nations, January 13, 2010) Zambia took a deserved lead Tunisia in the 19th minute when Jacob Mulenga fired a low shot that went straight through keeper Mathlouthi. The Eagles of Carthage levelled five minutes from the break when Zouhaier Dhaouadhi tucked home Msakni’s cutback after the 18-year-old did brilliantly down the left hand side.
