Anderlecht 1 – Cercle Brugge 2 (Jupiler League, January 16, 2009) Having been dumped out of the cup in midweek, league leaders Anderlecht suffered yet more disappointed in a surprise home defeat. Oleg Iachtchouk put Brugge in the lead inside 60 seconds, before Guillaume Gillet drew the hosts level in the 23rd minute.
