Harkemase Boys 0 – Feyenoord 5 (KNVB Beker, September 24, 2009) Feyenoord romped to an easy win thanks to goals from Diego Biseswar, Leroy Fer, Ron Vlaar and a brace from Roy Makaay. The third goal from Ron Vlaar will be remembered long after the game as the defender chipped the goalkeeper from his own half.

AGOVV Apeldoorn 1 – Ajax 2 (KNVB Beker, September 24, 2009) Vurnon Anita blasted Ajax the lead after 51 minutes with a long range shot that the keper should have saved. AGOVV’s Hesdey Suart made things even worse for the hosts at the hour mark when he beat his own goalie to make it 2-0. The hosts pegged one back with a Nacer Chadli penalty but it was too little too late.
