Rhyl 0 – Partizan Belgrade 4 (Champions League qualifier, July 14, 2009) The visitors took the lead after 17 minutes through a free-kick from Mladen Krstajic, while new signing Cleverson doubled Partizan’s advantage a minute later. Partizan continued to pile forward and they breached the Rhyl defence again just before half-time through Lamine Diarra. Nenad Djordjevic then made it four in the 69th minute as the Belgrade outfit ensured the second leg will be merely a formality.
