I feel sorry for him. It must be so frustrating when you’re so used to getting free kicks for diving like that. He clearly must be upset that the referee did not believe the little conman cos he certainly wasn’t fouled.
the only time the whole night gibbs got the btter of him defensively, and needed the refs help
.
anyone got the free kick count, i dont recall the ref blowing his whistle at all
.
where the two dives from sagna? the ref called both of them and didnt issue the yellow
Look, “United”, he’s a truly great player (who’ll soon be leaving “The Theatre of Dreams” anyway), but the bloke is just a first class, fur lined, five star, gold plated, ocean going c*nt. He’s always cheating, always diving, so much that a Speedo sponsorship is, I hear, on the cards….
For all the games he’s won for you I wouldn’t want such an embarrassment on my team. How can you take him seriously when you compare his “strong victorious” face with that horrific crying mutant face which shows up with 3x the frequency. I could see him complaining like that if it was a dive up to his usual standards but he took a good 2 steps before he went down. Not his best work.
Leaving the theatre of dreams? Where have i heard that before?
and you really wouldnt want a player like ronaldo on your team snuffles? Jeolousy brings out the best in people
I have the game recorded, and I watched this play several times. Gibbs did foul him (barely), but Ronaldo actually keeps his feet for two steps before he realizes the ball is gone and hits the turf to try to draw a foul. Ronaldo’s lucky he didn’t draw a card for diving on this one.
Oh, and “United”, feel free to sit down and watch the game without your red-colored glasses on. Gibbs did an outstanding job defending Ronaldo most of the game, which is probably why you see Ronaldo start attacking the other side of the field late on.
I am not a supporter of any particular English team and infact I wanted Man Utd to beat Arsenal (as they deserved to). Ronaldo is an absolute embarrassment though and I agree that despite all the good things he does I wouldn’t want him in my team! He is a diving cheat and a moany faced git who thinks he is the referee at times! And in this game I remember him missing a header he should have scored, geting nutmegged by Gibbs, diving a lot, moaning a lot and not much else really!
joe – do u ever watch united? Ronaldo Rooney and the 3rd forward always interchange their positions on the pitch, keep the opposition guessing.
Gibbs did alright going forward but he had a mare defending in the first half, even o’shea got the better of him in the first half
Let’s face it.In the game today there is hardly any player that doesn’t dive once in awhile. It’s makes up for all the times they do actually get kicked and fouled without getting freekicks awarded to them. However as good a player as he is,it is a bit childish of him to through such tantrums so frequently,he should just get up and carry on doing the job.

So a guy supposedly going for 50+million up against an 18 year kid with an injured ankle – and he gets the better of him – I should think so.
The fact it was only 1-0 must really annoy you that you’ve gotta post such crap.

That’s how much he’s so say valued at…but you would focus on that wouldn’t you.

I liked it when Gibbs skinned Ronaldo and left him on his ass down the flank when Gibbs tried to cross it in.

Lol that was pretty funny but this website seriously has some vendetta against ronaldo
April 30th, 2009 at 8:05 pm
