Waris hits five in Hacken win; Orebro late show denies AIK; Atvidabergs edge Syrianska

Hacken 6 – Norrkoping 0 (Allsvenskan, May 16, 2012) Abdul Waris scored five times in a 6-0 thrashing of IFK Norrkoping, including a first half hat-trick.

Orebro 2 – AIK Stockholm 2 (Allsvenskan, May 16, 2012) Bottom club Orebro scored a last-minute equaliser to secure a 2-2 draw against AIK. Celso Borges and Viktor Lundberg scored either side of Mohammed Saeid to put the visitors in front. However, Robert Ahman-Persson was sent off in the closing seconds, handing William Atashkadeh the chance to secure a point from the penalty spot in the process.

Atvidabergs 1 – Syrianska 0 (Allsvenskan, May 16, 2012) Atvidabergs defeated ten-man Syrianska 1-0. Magnus Eriksson scored the only goal of the game on the stroke of half-time, while the visitors lost Sharbel Touma to a 66th-minute red card.

Malmo make a late point at Gothenburg

IFK Gothenburg 2 – Malmo 2 (Allsvenskan, May 14, 2012) Second-placed Malmo needed a last-minute equaliser from substitute Alexander Nilsson to salvage a point from their trip to IFK Gothenburg. IFK looked set to inflict a third defeat of the campaign on the Allsvenska high-fliers after taking a 2-1 lead with 12 minutes to go through Mikael Dyrestam, but Malmo escaped with a draw thanks to Nilsson. Malmo, who also had to fight back from a goal down in the first half with Simon Thern (44) cancelling out Robin Soder’s opener (31) for the hosts, are now six points behind leaders IF Elfsborg but have played a game more.

Malmo 2 – Atvidabergs 1 (Allsvenskan, May 6, 2012) Math Ranegie struck an injury-time winner as Malmo beat Atvidabergs 2-1 to go second in the Allsvenskan table. Ranegie opened the scoring on 67 minutes but his late heroics were required when substitute Oscar Moller equalised two minutes from the end.

Norrkoping 1 – Syrianska 4 (Allsvenskan, May 6, 2012) Sharbel Touma scored a hat-trick as Syrianska recorded a thumping 4-1 win at Norrkoping.
