Huracan 1 - San Lorenzo 4 (Apertura, December 2, 2008) San Lorenzo moved to within two points of leaders Boca Juniors with their win at Huracan. The match was only 74 minutes long, with Huracan starting the match 1-up but down to 10-men, after heavy rain had forced the game to be postponed after 16 minutes on Saturday. Aureliano Torres equalised for San Lorenzo with a header three minutes after the interval before Cristian Chavez came off the bench to put them ahead 22 minutes before the end. Nestor Andres Silvera then scored a brace to seal the victory.
