Sky Sports have reported that England U21 winger Tom Ince is flying to Milan to talk about moving to Inter.
Ince, whose contract at Blackpool expires this summer, has been the subject of speculation over where he will play his club football next season, with talk of a move to Inter initially appearing fanciful.
But the men in charge at Inter clearly quite like the player, or maybe they just like how the name looks in Nerazzurri colours – Tom’s father Paul played for the club in the 1990’s.
Ince spent the second half of the season on loan at Crystal Palace, adding a modest contribution to their battle for mid-table comfort.
He told Sky Sports News Radio: “Going abroad isn’t a no-go. It’s something that you have to take into consideration. I’ve always watched European football, so I’m not afraid to do that if I have to.”
