Premier League legend George Boateng was the first guest for Helen and Max, who is currently sidelined for Hull with a knee injury and living back in Holland because of the “cake” in his native homeland. Boateng explained why he felt his time at the Riverside ended up feeling like the Truman Show, as “I knew when we we’re gonna play bad.”
Next up was comedian Mark Walters who discussed how he views all of his shows as football matches, claiming his worse result of the season came at Lincoln, “it’s a hard place to go” where apparently “a couple of idiots spoiled it for everyone.” And last on the sofas were Roll Deep who talked about being in a crew and discussing how a group of 13 work together.
