Poor Jozy Altidore is having a crap time at Sunderland.
American international striker Altidore, a Paolo Di Canio summer signing from AZ Alkmaar, has so far had a miserable times of things at the Black Cats having neeted just once in 17 games for the Wearsiders.
On Saturday at Cardiff, Altidore had the perfect opportunity to double his goal tally for the year when he was facing with a gaping goal from two-yards out.
After Ki’s shot parried by Cardiff keeper Marshall the ball fell into Altidore’s path at the far post, but the Sunderland forward failed to level the match after Jordon Mutch’s opener as he slide the loose ball wide of the post.
It was a bad, bad miss.
