Former Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas was spotted at Barcelona B’s match with Alcoyano on Sunday. Despite being out of work, AVB continues to scout for youngsters, presumably in preparation for his next job.
Villas-Boas and the rest of those at Barcelona’s Mini Estadi may well have witnessed history as highly-rated 16-year-old striker Kean Marie Dongiu scored the winner to secure a 2-1 victory.
The young Cameroon striker was brought to Barcelona through Samuel Eto’o's foundation and for a few years has been tipped as one of the brightest talents coming through the famed La Masia academy.
In total Dongou has made eight appearances for the Barcelona B team but all of them have been brief, totalling just 61 minutes.
Dongou was brought on with eight minutes to go with the score at 1-1 and completed a fine near post finish for his first Barcelona goal.
