During Newcastle’s third successive derby defeat to Sunderland, one Toon fan took matters into his own hands.
Armed with his season ticket, the Newcastle fan ran on to the St James’ Park pitch and was applauded by almost all the home support.
You can understand why said supporter was so angry and received plenty of love from the Newcastle fans.
The Toon have just sold their best player after a decent campaign suggested a challenge on the Champions League spots.
Mike Ashley continues to underfund the Premier League side and you feel as if Newcastle are in a class of their own in the Premier League.
Too good for a relegation battle this season, but keen to avoid the Europa League, and the drain on resources that it brings in 2014/2015.
Sunderland fans, who are purchasing tickets for the Capital One Cup final today and see their team out the drop zone, must be LOVING it!
