Shinji Kagawa was left out of the Manchester United squad to face Liverpool on Sunday and that set alarm bells ringing.
Linked to a loan move back to Borussia Dortmund, this rumour from Twitter has come from nowhere.
In truth, we can’t vouch for the guy on Twitter who tweeted a picture of Kagawa in the airport with an explanation of their conversation.
It’s an interesting rumour nonetheless, as with playing time at Old Trafford seemingly hard to come by for the Japanese play-a-maker, perhaps a move to PSG could revitalise his career.
Looking at Brian Dunne’s timeline, Kagwa was on the 19:45 flight to Paris so if true, will be staying overnight to discuss a possible move.
UPDATE: On his timeline Dunne explains he tweeted it from Dublin because he was only roaming in Manchester so couldn’t use the internet. If you want to decide whether or not to believe it, then simply look down his timeline.
