Louis van Gaal was particularly brash on Tuesday as he gave his first press conference of Manchester United’s tour of America.
The Dutch coach lamented the “dreadful distances” Manchester United have to cover but understood the commercial reasons for the tour.
It is yet another sign of how LVG speaks his mind – we can expect more of this as the season goes on.
Van Gaal also talks about the pressure of being Manchester United manager.
At first pointing out how he had to win games for Holland, at Bayern Munich and when he coached in Holland.
But, van Gaal does confirm that the Premier League is a very hard league to win as there are so many teams “throwing money around.”
