Liverpool will sign Divock Origi on a 5-year contract, 1st year will be on loan at Lille

News is breaking on Saturday night that Liverpool have all-but signed Belgium striker Divock Origi.

Origi, 19, was a major hit at the World Cup, as the teenager disposed Romelu Lukaku as the first choice striker for the Red Devils.

After several weeks of transfer talk, reports are now coming out that Liverpool have finally agreed terms to sign the attacker.

According to the rumour mill, Orgi’s dad has confirmed his son will move to Anfield on Monday on a 5-year contract.

The first year of the deal, however, will see Origi play his football away from Liverpool as the teenager is set to remain at current employers Lille on a one-year loan deal.

Below are tweets from Belgium journalist Sven Claes confirming Liverpool have landed Divock Origi.
