The aura around Jurgen Klopp appears to have dramatically diminished.
Borussia Dortmund now sit in fourth at the winter break and Klopp appears to be fighting a losing battle with Bayern Munich.
First it was Mario Gotze – but at least Dortmund received a fee for the playmaker.
On Saturday, it was finally announced what had been suggested for some time – Robert Lewandowski will join Bayern Munich on a free transfer at the end of this season.
Kudos to Klopp for trying to highlight the positives of Lewandowski remaining at the club for half a season.
