There were three excellent goals scored in the Bundesliga on Saturday, on the same day Bayern Munich were unable to even score as they drew 0-0 at Freiburg.
Two of the three golazos were scored in Borussia Monchengladbach’s 2-1 win at Kaiserslautern, which keeps up their surprise title challenge.
Already 1-0 up from a Patrick Hermann goal, Gladbach made it 2-0 with a fine move that was finished off by an expert outside-of-the-boot dink by Venezuelan Juan Arango.
In the second half, Kaiserslautern did pull one back, and it was a true “Traumtor” – an exocet of a rocket from Danish full back Leon Jessen.
To round off the Bundesliga golazos from Saturday, Alexander Esswein’s opener for Nurnberg at home to Cologne is also well worth a watch.
