Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho started with just Andre Schurrle up front on Wednesday night for the first leg against PSG.
It was the latest snub to Fernando Torres, who yet again saw Chelsea start the match without a recognised striker.
Schurrle worked hard but there was a true lacking edge to this Chelsea side, especially in comparison to PSG who are rich with attacking talent.
After the game, Mourinho did not hold back in his assessment of the striking options available to him at Chelsea.
Expect Fernando Torres to join Inter Milan in the summer as the Blues attempt to pull out all the stops to sign Diego Costa.
And, don’t rule Chelsea out of the second leg at Stamford Bridge, even if they have no firing strikers…
