Poor Juve right-back Zdenek Grygera spent Sunday night chasing shadows.
All of a sudden the world is Ronaldinho’s oyster as the buck-toothed wonder stole all the headlines in AC Milan’s most impressive result of the season to date. Not only did Dinho notch a brace in the Rossoneri’s formidable 3-nil whitewash of Italy’s Old Lady, but the number 80 showed off a glittering display of fancy flicks and ball control while controlling the run of play.
Having scrapped the top of the Juve bar with a header in first half injury time, Ronaldinho made sure not to spurn a second attempt 20 minutes from time as the Brazilian steered a Pirlo corner past former Gunner goalie Alex Manninger.
With a goal under his belt, Ronaldinho stepped up as Milan’s talisman in the final stages of the match. From wide left of midfield, Ronaldinho tortured the Juve defence by repeatedly cutting in on his right foot and spraying a host of quality passes to his fellow teammates. Then, with a thick fog engulfing the stadium, Ronaldinho claimed the game’s third to wrap up the points at the death.

As a bonus, footage of David Beckham’s performance against Juve can be seen here.
Overall, Goldenballs was heavily involved early on in the match, but the Englishman then became slightly anonymous as he faded out of the game for long periods. In the final stages Beckham reemerged, providing some dangerous crosses which had Juventus on their toes to defend.
