The Copa Sao Paulo junior tournament may have unearthed a couple of gems on Tuesday night during two semi-finals.
Santos youngster Neilton suggested he could be a player to keep an eye on with a terrific goal against Palmeiras and Goias goalkeeper Paulo Henrique produced a performance for the ages.
Henrique saved two penalties in the second half to keep the score at 1-1.
The Goias custodian kept out the first and then a retaken spot kick after the (woman) referee had spotted an encroachment in the second half.
In the ensuing shoot-out, Henrique stood tall once again. Saving two penalties as Bahia failed with all their spot kicks, crashing their other one against the bar.
Goias ended up 3-0 winners in the penalty shoot-out and it was safe to say Paulo Henrique was a key factor behind their victory.
