Groningen manager Ron Jans set a bad example on Sunday after being caught on camera giving referee Kevin Blom the middle finger salute after seeing his side lose 3-2 to Heerenveen at the weekend.
Having seen his side pull back to 2-2, Groningen lost the match to a last-gasp header from Paulo Henrique which left the home manager incensed. Believing that his side had been victimised by a series of bad decisions from the officials, Ron Jans make public his frustration by sticking his middle finger up in the air for all to see.
It is unclear at this stage whether any action will be taken against Ron Jans for his ill-discipline.
The incident can be seen here.
