Rotherham United midfielder Conor Newton bagged a cracking goal in the club’s pre-season friendly against Falkirk.
A nice passing move led to Newton receiving the ball on the left wing performing a series of stepovers and curling the ball towards the inside of the far post beyond the goalkeeper.
Newton’s goal put Rotherham 2-1 ahead on the night but their opponents would strike back and the game ended 2-2.
The 22 year old only joined the club recently from Newcastle United, having spent last season on loan at St. Mirren. He’s made a good start to his Rotherham career.
