At 30-years-old you’d have liked to though the AIK Stockholm’s seasoned Croatian keeper Ivan Turina would have learnt to trap a football. Obviously that’s now been proven not to be the case.
Playing against Orebro in a pre-season friendly ahead of the start of the new Swedish season last Saturday, the AIK keeper covered himself in shame by allowing Per Karlsson’s dribbled backpass to roll under his foot and into the net.
It was one of those moments for which there was simply no defence.
Ivan Turina’s horrific FAIL can be seen here.
A second incredible goalie FAIL was seen in the Belgium top flight on Saturday too.
Lokeren beat Zulte-Waregem 2-1, but the second goal of the game was a real howler gifted to home striker Benjamin De Ceulaer after an insanely bad piece of goalkeeping from the visitor’s number one, Sammy Bossut.
Bossut even tried to defend his mega screw-up arguing “I planted my left leg down for support, but Jeremy Taravel knocked me off balance. What happened next was not my fault.”
