With Victor Valdes set to leave Barcelona at the end of his season when his contract expires, the Catalan press are spending much of their time speculating over who will be the next number one at the Nou Camp.
Earlier this week, Thibaut Courtois was linked whilst moves for Andre ter Stegen and Pepe Reina have long been mooted.
On Friday, El Mundo Deportivo have splashed with the claim that Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is keen on a return to Spain and would jump at the chance to join Barcelona.
As a result, the Manchester United goalkeeper has told his agent (Jorge Mendes) to listen to any offer from Barcelona, if they get one.
Interestingly, this report in El Mundo Deportivo comes on the same day The Sun have revealed that De Gea is close to a new deal at Manchester United.
Whilst De Gea has impressed in recent weeks and months, particularly with the wonder save against Sunderland last week, El Mundo suggest he would jump at the chance to return to La Liga.
Barcelona have been impressed with De Gea’s adaptation to English football and his calm presence for one of the biggest clubs in world football, nevertheless it would take a mega fee to prise the Spaniard from Old Trafford.
The front cover of El Mundo Deportivo depicts De Gea alongside Getafe keeper Miguel Moya who would be his back up at the Camp Nou.
