Diego Lopez has completed his move from Real Madrid to AC Milan.
The giant stopper has penned a four year deal with the Italian club after falling behind in the pecking order at the Madrid and being told he could, and probably should, leave the club.
Lopez won favour at the European champions during Jose Mourinho’s time in charge after the Portuguese coach repeatedly clashed with previous number one Casillas.
When Casillas broke his hand, Lopez stood in and stayed as the club’s first choice goalkeeper until the arrival of Keylor Navas from Levante this summer.
