The appointment of Steve McClaren at Derby County is looking like one of the most inspired managerial shake-ups this season, and the former England boss leads his high-flying Rams into a mouthwatering clashing with Blackpool on Saturday.

Rising into fourth after a 2-1 home win over Boro, Derby are the form team in the Championship with four wins, a draw and a defeat in their last six games. Derby haven’t lost at home since October, and the Rams will fancy their chances in the early kick-off.
What makes Derby look so dangerous is that the goals are shared around. Midfielder Craig Bryson has seven goals and six assists to his name, striker Chris Martin has also scored seven, while Johnny Russell and Jamie Ward have five goals apiece.
Against that, Blackpool have major headaches coming into match. Paul Ince is without Gary MacKenzie, Kirk Broadfoot and Ricardo Fuller after all three were sent off against Yeovil in midweek.
Unless Tom Ince, top scorer with six goals, can single-handedly inspire the Tangerines to victory, it will be up to to the like goal-barren Michael Chopra and Nathan Delfouneso to finally find their scoring boots.
Back Derby to pick up another three points and their fifth win on the spin.
