David Luiz says if he could he wouldn’t return to Paris [RMC]

Edinson Cavani isn’t the only PSG player who is worried about returning to the French capital after the international break.

Brazilian defender David Luiz gave quotes to the media after the 1-1 draw against Argentina on Friday night about the terror attacks in Paris.

Luiz was sent off in the match after a poor performance.

French news outlet RMC are quoting Luiz as saying:

I have my girlfriend, family and friends in Paris. They were sad and frightened. I do not know what I’ll do if I’m going back there. It’s my job but if it were up to me, I would stay.

RMC also got quotes off Angel Di Maria, who also played in the match. He said:

I wish that these things would end once and for all. These are many innocent deaths.

PSG are currently running away with the French title, as the reigning champs already have a 10 point lead over second placed Lyon.

PSG’s next match is away at Lorient next Saturday, while their next match in Paris is on November 28th against Troyes.
