Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis: ”Chamakh’s was the 1st and last dive you’ll see here”

Standing up, as is his wont at his pressers, Tony Pulis was drawn to speak about diving.

Asked about his striker Marouane Chamakh’s dive against Swansea last week, Pulis said ‘Sham’ was caught, but equally admitted that he should have stayed on his feet.

Pulis then emphatically read the riot act, saying that was the first and last dive we’ll be seeing at Crystal Palace.

Pulis, we know you’re new to Palace, but you need to know your History: Andy Johnson once played for your club.
