Cristiano Ronaldo speaks to school children in Singapore, rules out imminent return to Man United
One of the hot stories which has continued to pop up in the press throughout the summer has been the will he/won’t he saga surrounding rumours that Cristiano Ronaldo could make a return to Manchester United.
The Real Madrid attacker is currently on a promotional tour in Singapore, and during a visit to a local secondary school Ronaldo took questions from the children and the subject of Manchester United came up.
Whilst Cristiano admitted that Manchester United is “still in his heart,” the Los Blancos forward ruled out a return to Old Trafford in the near future saying that his life is now in Spain and he is happy playing in La Liga.
Leaving himself (and the tabloid editors) a little bit a wiggle room, Ronaldo did not completely rule out playing football in England again, saying “you never know” about the future.
