Manchester City’s Craig Bellamy let out all his frustrations with the Welsh team in a hugely emotional post match interview after his side went down 2-nil at home to Finland.
To some extent it was difficult viewing. Bellamy was visibly downtrodden, almost on the verge of tears, as if the striker has resigned himself to the belief that Wales will never be good at international football and he may as well throw in the towel now.
Bellamy called Finland “not a good side” and candidly admitted neither side have a hope in hell of qualifying before referring to the result as the “same old story.”
Asked about playing Germany, Bellamy surrendered “I don’t know… I don’t know what I’m gonna do in the next hour mate.”
