There was a hugely dramatic ending to the quarter-final CONCACAF Champions League tie between Montreal Impact and Pachuca on Tuesday night.
After a 2-2 draw in the first leg, Pachuca scored an 80th minute penalty and the Mexicans looked to have won the tie.
On 94 minutes, Victor Cabrera played a long ball forward and found Cameron Porter, who finished expertly after chesting the ball down.
Not only was it a dramatic goal, to send the Canadian side into the semi-finals of the CONCACAF Champions League but it also launched Cameron Porter.
The 21-year-old is still a college student and was making just his second appearance for Montreal Impact.
Montreal Impact drafted him in the third round of this year’s MLS SuperDraft and he was only on the field of play for nine minuted before scoring.
