There was something almost inevitable about it.
Joel Campbell has been performing well for Olympiakos this season and looked to be one of their biggest dangers when facing Manchester United in the Champions League.
Ten minutes into the second half, with Manchester United already one-nil down, the on-loan Arsenal striker picked up the ball and placed a fine long-ranger past David De Gea.
Cue wild excitement from many Arsenal supporters.
It was the first goal by an English player in the Champions League knockout stages.
And, the first an Arsenal player has scored against Manchester United this season.
For David Moyes and Manchester United, it simply gets worse and worse.
Best of the delirious Gooner reaction below…

Joel Campbell is only 21. He should get a chance at Arsenal next season. Arsenal don't have a striker like him

Lots of people questioned whether Campbell could produce on the European stage. He's responded to those doubters in style. Top prospect.
