Judging by Piers Morgan’s feelings towards Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, you would think that the Frenchman was currently in charge of Man United and not the North London side.
The TV personality is notoriously known for not thinking fondly of the Arsenal manager, and has on countless occasions voiced his displeasure at seeing the Frenchman remain in charge at the Emirates.
Despite Arsenal having the chance to go top of the Premier League with victory against Aston Villa today, and the Gunners making it through to the knockout stages of the Champions League after a fantastic victory over Olympiakos in midweek, there seems to be no pleasing the British journalist.
In the build up to the Reds’ match with Villa today, Piers Morgan has taken to Twitter to yet again go on another Arsene Wenger rant.
It will be interesting to see if Mr Morgan were to change his tune of Wenger, if Arsenal managed to win the league this season.
Based on his Olivier Giroud comments this week (read earlier story here), the answer is probably yes.
Mourinho hasn’t won the League for precisely 7 months. Wenger hasn’t won it for 11 years. https://t.co/zMNbM8FSia
