Arjen Robben hailed as the best player at the World Cup so far after another fine display v Chile
- Updated: June 23, 2014
Arjen Robben was man of the match for Holland in their 2-0 win over Chile.
Once again, the Bayern Munich flyer chipped in with an assist, for Memphis Depay and blitzed the opposition.
At 30 years of age, it is somewhat incredible that Robben still has the afterburners on at such an express rate.
And, it seems likely that Robben will never grace a World Cup again in this form.
Has Robben been the best player at the World Cup so far?
Only Lionel Messi comes close!

Robben looks like a tortoise but runs like a hare. He also punishes as violently as a honey badger. Class.

Arjen Robben told Dutch reporter LVG is so lucky he must have a 'golden willie'. 'I don't know' LVG responded. 'Truus has never said that.'

Robben has looked like he's 35 for the past decade yet still runs like an 18 year old! #Madness

Before this tournament, @leowassing and I were on the 'Robben is world class' bandwagon. A lot of people jumping on, getting crowded here.
