Is Bryan Ruiz’s time at Fulham about to come to an end?
Ruiz, who will come up against England at the World Cup in Costa Rica’s last group game, could be about to say bon voyage to the Premier League in favour of a move to Anderlecht, if Belgium newspaper Nieuwsblad is to be believed.
Earlier in the week Anderlecht coach Herman van Holsbeeck told the media that RSCA are looking for a defensive midfielder and a striker this winter, and now widespread belief is that Ruiz is Anderlecht’s top attacking target.
28-year-old Ruiz is currently in his third season at Craven Cottage, however he has failed to hit top form at Fulham this season with one Premier League goal in 11 appearances.
Anderlecht are currently third in the Jupiler League, four points behind leaders Standard Liege.
